Robert BOISBOUVIER

Founding Partner and Managing Principal

Robert Boisbouvier, founding partner,
he works in the corporate team.

He specializes in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He regularly advises multinational companies on their investments in Monaco and supports our clients and their families in their international and Monacan developments.

Academic background

Holder of a degree in law and political science obtained at the University of Nice (2011), a master’s degree in business law obtained at the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2012), the master in management Grande École program with a specialization in audit and financial information (IFA) in the last year obtained at ESCP Europe (2012-2015), a Master 2 in international business law and a university diploma (D.U) in business law advisor option international both obtained at the institute of business law of Aix-Marseille University (2014), Robert completed his university studies with a graduate exchange program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the Chicago area in the United States in 2015, during which he took courses in economics and management at the business school as contracted with ESCP Europe on the one hand and was admitted to take the corporate taxation class of the Juris Doctor level under the authority of Professor John C. Colombo.

Professional background

His various diverse experiences in audit-accounting-advisory (PwC Marseille-Monaco), consulting and litigation in business law in law firms (Manasse Law Offices, CMS Francis Lefebvre Neuilly-sur-Seine – International Taxation pole), private clients structuring (KPMG Monaco, Expertise-Accounting pole), startup or venture capital entrepreneurship, institutional patronage (Fondation de France) will provide you with a comprehensive and structured view of your needs.

Sophie LECLERC

Manager associate – General Coordinator – Compliance Officer

Sophie Leclerc works in the Corporate and Family Office team.

She assists business owners in creating their companies and families in their patrimonial goals and their administrative, tax and regulatory obligations in the Principality.

Academic background

After obtaining her DEUG in economics, a generic degree, Sophie specialized in the hotel industry to obtain a Master’s degree in Sciences & Techniques, Hotel-Tourism at the University of Toulouse, followed by a Master’s degree in Hotel Management taught by CORNELL-ESSEC.

Professional background

25 years spent in management positions in the hotel industry (family-owned, chain, French and international, in Paris and in the provinces, from 2 to 4 stars, from 42 rooms to 850 apartments) have allowed Sophie to acquire varied skills on all aspects of business management. Her professional experiences abroad (Deputy Manager at the Lycée Français de Pékin, Executive Assistant & Cultural Coordinator at the Alliance Française de Washington) have given her a great open-mindedness and multidisciplinary skills. A woman of the field as much as the office, Sophie is similar in the team to the Swiss Army knife of any good traveler. “Responsible in the heart of the action”, her motto on a daily basis!
