The profession of Legal Advisory
The activity of legal advisory is a liberal activity exercised as a professional and independent activity.
It consists in providing advice, counsel and assistance in any legal matter and in drafting private and non-compulsory acts for others.
The activity of legal advisory also includes the right to proceed with any formalities that are the consequence or accessory of these consultations or acts and, subject to the existence of a mandate for this purpose, in particular to proceed with monetary settlements that are directly related or are an accessory.
It also includes the role of arbitrator or mediator in the context of amicable settlement of civil, social or commercial disputes.
