Academic background

After obtaining a degree in private law from the Faculté de droit d’Aix-en-Provence, Léa studied for the Diplôme de Comptabilité et Gestion (DCG) (Accounting and Management Diploma), which enables her to better meet the needs of various economic players. Léa holds a Master 2 in Company Engineering and a postgraduate diploma (DESU) in Corporate Legal Advice, with a specialisation in companies, both from the Institute of Business Law at Aix-Marseille University (2024). She is currently pursuing her academic career by writing a thesis entitled “L’adaptation du droit comptable aux mutations technologiques” (“Adapting accounting law to technological change”)

Professional Background

Léa has had a variety of experiences in the accounting and legal fields, specialising mainly in company law. This year, she is also a lecturer at Aix-Marseille University, enabling her to pass on her passion for company law.
